This statement covers the public One Study website and inquiry forms. Each active engagement must establish project-specific collection, access, use, retention, handoff, and deletion terms before One Study receives sensitive product, customer, supplier, financial, market, or logistics information.
Website inquiries
Forms may collect your name, email, optional company or phone number, focus area, market hubs, referral source, and the message you choose to send. One Study uses this information to respond, assess fit, and maintain an ordinary administrative record of the conversation.
Do not submit confidential customer data, credentials, private financial records, customs documents, or other sensitive material through a public form.
Active engagements
Before One Study receives interviews, product files, customer information, supplier records, financial information, or logistics documentation for an active engagement, the engagement must define collection methods, working access, intended uses, security responsibilities, and appropriate boundaries.
One Study is not a legal, financial, customs, medical, engineering, regulatory, or investment-advice provider. An engagement may pause when outside authority or expertise is required.
Access and ownership
Access should be limited to the work agreed. Clients and partners retain responsibility for the records, decisions, accounts, and data they own. Delivery should include a clear handoff and a practical understanding of ongoing access.
One Study does not use private engagement material for public promotion or examples without separate, explicit permission.
Retention and deletion
Website contact records may be retained while a conversation is active and for ordinary business reference. Active engagement materials follow the engagement’s agreed retention, access, handoff, and deletion terms.
You may request correction or deletion of website inquiry information, subject to ordinary legal and administrative requirements.
